How To Solve Captcha Challenge When Attempting LogIn
The CAPTCHA challenge loop sometimes happen if the WP install has a custom plugin or redirect that is causing it to fail its check.
You can simply add this to your .htaccess file to prevent the captcha:
<IfModule Litespeed>
WordPress Protect throttle, 0
</IfModule>
